CASE STUDY OF A PROJECT MANAGER

  Rakesh was appointed as a project manager of a company. His job role included client management(handling & resolving client queries in terms of project delivery ), process management (striving for continuous improvements so that the processes can be simplified more & more) & people management (looking after employees so that they are happy to stay with the company for a long time.)
