CASE STUDY OF A PROJECT MANAGER
Rakesh was appointed as a project manager of a company. His job role included client management(handling & resolving client queries in terms of project delivery ), process management (striving for continuous improvements so that the processes can be simplified more & more) & people management (looking after employees so that they are happy to stay with the company for a long time.) There were 10 teams, in each team there were 9 members & 1 supervisor thereby making the total number of reporters to 100. Rakesh found that a few changes have to be made in the modus operandi.
